（1） 检查进气阀、供气阀是否处于“关闭”状态。

（2） 检查电源电压的波动范围，不得超过额定电压的±5%

（3） 确认贮气罐及系统各处节阀处于正常位置。

二、系统的启动 Starting up of the system

1．系统的启动顺序：Starting sequence of the system:

空气压缩机→干燥机→仓顶除尘器→输灰仓泵→空气电加热器→搅拌机

Air compressor→air dryer→silo top dust cleaner →ash conveying pump→electric air heater → mixer

2．空气压缩机的启动 Starting up the air compressor

（1） 接通水路，冷却水正常供水。

Connect to the water supply, keep the cooling water supply normally.

（2） 按下“启动”按钮，压缩机开始启动。

（1） 检查冷却水是否充足，供气阀门应处于“关闭”位置。

Check if there is enough cooling water, and the air supply valve shall be in “Close” position.

（2） 检查电源电压是否符合机组要求。

Check the power supply voltage is correct.

（3） ***机组周围的杂物，以确保操作安全。

Clean all rubbish from the machine and around to ensure the safety operation of the machine.

5．冷冻干燥机的检查 Check the freezer dryer

（1） 检查干燥机内、外部各部位是否紧固，不准任何联接有松动现象。

Check if all components of freezer dryer inside and outside is fastened. It is forbidden to have any loosening of the interconnection.

（2） 检查电源电压、来气压力、进口温度、处理风量等工况条件是否与明等。

在运行中如出现问题因及时处理。

启动前的检查 Inspection before starting

1．仓泵的检查 Check the conveying pump

（1） 清理仓泵泵体和周围的杂物、积灰。

Clean all the impurities and accumulated dust from conveying pump vessel and around.

（2） 检查就地控制箱操作按钮是否处于“自动”状态。各气动阀门按钮是否处于“关”状态。

Check if the press button of the local cabinet is in “Auto” position. Check if the press button of all pneumatic valves is in “Close” position.

（3） 检查各管路连接处是否有漏气现象。

Check all pipe connections if there is any air leakage.

（4） 检查各仪表指示是否正常。

Check if all instrument is in normal condition.

（5） 检查空气滤气器内是否有积水或积尘，油雾器内是否油位合格。

Check if there is any water or dust accumulated inside the air filter, and check if the oil level of the lubricator is ok.  

（1） 检查各气动元件，电磁阀、指示灯是否正常工作。

Check all pneumatic elements, electric magnetic valves, indication lamps are in normal operation.

（2） 确认电除尘是否工作正常。

Confirm the electric dust cleaner is in normal operation.

2．脉冲仓顶除尘器的检查 Check the silo top pulse dust cleaner

（1） 清理除尘器壳体外部积尘。

Clean the case of the dust cleaner and remove all dust outside.

（2） 检查电源电压是否符合要求。

Check if the power supply voltage is correct.

（3） 检查除尘器外部各连接处是否牢固。

Check all the connections to other parts are firm.

4．螺杆压缩机的检查：Check the screw-compressor

（1） 检查压缩机的内外部各重要组合件是否紧固，不准许任何联接有松动现象。

Check if all important components of compressor inside and outside is fastened. It is forbidden to have any loosening of the interconnection. 这些设定是系统的细节而不能在工厂中设定.

2：泵启动， 泵内装料完成，圆顶阀关闭，但不输送。1.圆顶阀密封压力信号不对或限位开关不动作1检查、调整错误的密封压力反馈信号的相关条件。

若有故障则更换限位开关。 2.圆顶阀未关严， 外物卡住圆顶阀或轴2.切断气路和电路， 从底部弯头拆出管子做清理， 清理容器。

拆去汽缸， 手动操作，检查限位开关的动作。 3.喷吹阀不工作或输送空气管道的手动阀门关闭.3.检查阀的供气。若供气良好， 则修理或更换阀门。若没有供气， 检查喷吹电磁阀的动作或限位开关 所有AV泵、密相泵的入口圆盘阀打开，进料计时器开始计时，并持续一个设定时间使得灰落入AV泵、密相泵。湖南仓式泵规格

管道内有压力下降到空管的压力时，输送终止，关闭输送进气阀门，系统复位，等待下一个循环。青海喷煤仓式泵

当泵内物料输送完毕，压力下降到等于或接近管道阻力时，

加压阀和吹堵阀关闭，出料阀在延时一定时间后关闭。整个输送过程结束，从而完成一次工作循环。

该除尘器装于灰库顶部，用于灰库向外排除空气时收集灰尘之用，保证排气无粉尘。该除尘器由三个部分组成，即上箱体；包括盖板、排气口等；下箱体：包括机架、滤袋组件等；清灰系统：包括电磁脉冲阀、脉冲发生器等。

含尘空气由除尘器底下进入除尘箱中，颗粒较粗的粉尘靠其自身重力向下沉落，落入灰仓，细小粉尘通过各种效应被吸附在滤袋外壁，经滤袋过滤后的净化空气通过文氏管进入上箱体从出口排出，被吸附在滤外壁的粉尘，随着时间的增长，越积越厚，除尘器阻力逐渐上升，处理的气体量不断减少。为了使除尘器经常保持有效的工作状态，就需要***吸附在袋壁外面的积灰。 青海喷煤仓式泵
