IdeS Protease全称免疫球蛋白G降解酶，酶活（Enzymeactivity）40U/μL酶活定义（UnitDefinition）在37℃条件下，反应30min，剪切＞95%的1μg重组单克隆IgG所需要的酶量定义为一个活性单位。储存条件-25~-15℃保存，有效期1年。使用方法1.在消化液中加入适量IgG(加至5mg)；2.在IgG样本中加入IdeS蛋白酶（每1μgIgG加入1个单位的IdeS）；3.将样品置于37℃孵育30-60min。IdeS蛋白酶在中性pH或接近中性pH的缓冲中活性强。推荐反应缓冲是50mM磷酸钠，150mMNaCl（pH6.6），多数常见的生物缓冲也适用，比如Tris或PBS；注意：不在此pH范围（例如乙酸盐缓冲液）的缓冲也可能适用，但是孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况进行优化。注意事项1.IdeS不能识别切割小鼠IgG1/IgG2b,大鼠、猪、牛和山羊IgG，对小鼠IgG2a和IgG3具有中等酶切活性，酶切小鼠IgG2a和IgG3建议增加IdeS的用量（推荐用量为正常用量的5-10倍）。2.IdeS不能切割非IgG亚型的单抗分子，包括IgA、IgM、IgD和IgE。Recombinant Human PEDF成纤维细胞生长因子18（FGF-18）是20 kDa蛋白，在骨骼发育和骨稳态中起着重要作用。
